Join us for strength training classes! These classes are designed for mid-life and older adults and include progressive resistance training, balance training, and flexibility exercises.
Classes are twice weekly for 24 weeks
Wednesday / Friday mornings starting August 24th at the First United Methodist Church – 814 N. San Antonio St., Port Lavaca
Monday / Thursday evenings starting September 12th at the Extension Office – 311 Henry Barber Way, Port Lavaca (red brick building at the Calhoun County Fairgrounds)
