Karen Lyssy is the Family and Community Health Agent for Calhoun County. She has been with the Extension office for over a year. Karen has a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M and a master’s from University of Houston-Victoria. Contact her if you are interested in Food Safety, Cooking, or Healthy living classes. She also works with youth in cooking camps and 4-H contests such as Food Challenge.
